On todays episode we finally got the fuel pressure drop issue fixed. I changed about everything on my fuel system. It turned out to be my DW400 fuel pumps not being up to the task.

Do you know how easy it is to make this Maserati a soul draining vehicle ? It’s just hella expensive for the parts and proper set up . But u can make them extremely fast with a few things

Wow, that is a proper exhaust system. Well done. Honestly, I’d have quit and put the original stuff back on once I discovered the O2 sensor issue. All that welding is a bit tedious for me 😂
@@tomcole3846 haha thanks. What issue with the O2 sensor? Check engine light?
@@WZ_TV when you discovered that the O2 sensor was not in the right position, that is the point I would have closed the garage and sat on the couch. That’s what I mean 😅

Very nice work, did you back purge the stainless tubes with argon when welding? I never do, but I often wonder if others do it. I am going to remove the valves out my 4.2 boxes as they rattle a lot, but worried about making her too loud, have you just used the two resonators and otherwise straight through?
Thank you. I back purged the headers. The mid pipe I didn't. But yes its pretty much straight pipe with the 2 resonators

Excellent work! How is the fit and tolerances? Will this fit both the 4.2 and 4.7 engines? You car was a Sport model and you added the MC bumper. Will this fit on a factory MC model? Lastly how much and how can i buy?
@@JVig73 thank you. The 4.2 and 4.7 have the same dimension as far as exhaust coming out of the engine goes. The MC rear bumper is actually easier because the chassis has the cutouts for the exhaust to go through. Price wise is very expensive unfortunatelly. This will be something built in place so the car will have to be with me. If you are still interested shoot me an email whitezilla3@yahoo.com

@@jayc5354 thanks man. Only for people that are willing to bring their cars. A cat can be added yes. Unfortunatelly this job is not cheap so I doubt that a lot of people are going to want it.

Hello Whitezilla. I didn’t know how to contact you after checking your website. I’m wondering if the slave cylinder relocation bracket listed for the gen 2 will work on the gen1. I have an overextending slave cylinder issue with this south bend endurance clutch. I appreciate your time.
@@DMarcT Hey. It does work on a gen 1 transmission yes.
@@WZ_TVthanks for the quick reply! So this could solve my issue? Would the bracket need to be a specific size depending on the specific clutch though?
@@DMarcT so far the biggest problem is the Clutch Masters. Thats what i design it for. If your slave is over extending now, then yes this will get rid of that issue.
Okay..do you know if this could fix the engagement point being too close to the floor as well? Thank you for your time. I want to be able to get my car back on the road after a long time.
@@DMarcT yes it brings up the engagement as well
Ah, you have that hideous rattle from the exhaust valves inside the box. I cut my boxes open to look inside, but chickened out of removing the valves at the time and instead put levers on so I could open them manually. I will cut the valves out soon. The valves open at 4000 rpm or thereabouts - really restrictive.
Did you ever manage to make the rear lower? Mine is way too high and I can’t fix it. Pls help

The owner never got the car dyno. It's only on 6psi so maybe 300hp?

I had my 2017 MC dyno and it pulled 402hp al the wheel and 347lbs of torque. Stock.

I'm surprised. I would have expected better numbers from a pricy car like that. Its barely making more than a WRX STI.
Yes they are underpowered. Heavy as hell too. 4300lbs. Its a small v8 tho. I’d say not bad for a 4.2. The ones that came with the 4.7 have a 50hp bump.
